What is CIPD?

CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personal Development ) is a body that governs people's development and HR. It is recognized around the globe in many countries. It is a qualification that is a plus in your CV. Because it showcases that you earned an award/certification/diploma from a credible body and you have enough skills and knowledge to handle that perfectly.

Different Levels of CIPD:

There are 3 levels of CIPD qualification and every level presents a different level of skill sets and expertise.

The first level or you can say the basic level is for beginners. Who doesn't even know the basics of the field and want a starting point. The qualification name is ( CIPD LEVEL 3).

The next level can also be called the intermediate level which is best suited for the ones who have some experience in the field. For those who might spend some time in the practical industry and also have some good understanding of the basic strategies, practices and approaches. Because it is a bigger level than the basic level and it requires good knowledge and skills to directly enter into this level.

Lastly, the advanced level and the toughest amongst all is CIPD level 7 which is equivalent to master's degree. And its complexity justifies it. It is a tough qualification level. And preferred for those who are experienced in the field and some enough time at a designation of HR and people development to understand its basic and intermediate level practices and approaches, Also, perfect for those who are in the industry but now want to accelerate their way towards better opportunities.

To organise and to manage the workflow of an organisation is very crucial to let the company survive and succeed long-term. And that company needs good communication and relationships between employees and the company. And for that HR has to take some steps to ensure that everything remains smooth and perfect.

These HR/L&D managers use approaches and implement rules which are important to make the organisation remain an ideal space to work. HR has to handle many different concerns and queries to ensure a safer and more beneficial environment for both employees and the company. I am sure that now the question of what is CIPD wouldn’t boggle your mind anymore.

2. Helps develop better relationships between employees and company:

To run everything beneficially for both employees and the company, HR managers have to focus on the principles, rules and regulations of the organisation. And if they have to implement new rules for the betterment of the company, both the company and employees should follow them.

HR and People development managers and executives have different roles. But one thing that is present in both designations is to take all the necessary steps to bring company and employee closer with a good and positive bond to ensure the balance of work-life, enhance the retention rate and enhance the opportunities for a long-term connection between employee and company.

It is the backbone of the organisation because it helps in maintaining the rules and regulations in the company. So, the policies could be implemented and everything would be done under a proper route. However, HRs have to face many different challenges. And that is what makes it a lot more challenging than most people think about the HR field. Because they have to make sure of many different aspects.

If an employee has some kind of concern and query then the HRs have to manage that. They have to make sure to keep away from any kind of bad vibe as it is their responsibility to ensure that everything in the company remains perfect.
